Luigi Prosperetti    

   

Luigi Prosperetti, founder, holds the Chair of Economic Policy at the Faculty of Law of Università degli Studi, Milano. He studied at Università Bocconi (summa cum laude, dignità di stampa, 1976) and the London School of Economics (M.Sc. 1978; Ph.D. 1982), and taught Business Organisation at the Milan and Turin Faculty of Engineering, and Industrial Economics at Milano-Bicocca. He has held several public appointments, among which: Adviser to the Italian Ministry of Industry in 1988-1996; member of the Price Commission in 1991-3; member of the Prime Minister’s Council of Economic Advisers during the first Prodi Government; Adviser for regulatory strategies at Autorità per l’Energia in 2006-7. He was a director of AEM Milano in 1994-2002, and of Meliorbanca in 2002-2006.
Luigi Prosperetti has published extensively on regulatory and antitrust issues in Italian and foreign academic journals, and writes editorial comments on Il Sole 24 Ore.
He is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Alessia Ghelfi    

Alessia Ghelfi, Partner, graduated in Economics at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca (2004) and received further education in Real Estate Finance at Università Bocconi, in Econometrics at the London School of Economics, and in Energy Regulation at the Energy Regulators Regional Association.
She has advised several Clients on antitrust issues in banking, electricity, gas and pharmaceuticals, and in commercial litigations concerning electricity, gas, real estate, food and betting.
Her research interests mainly concern energy, real estate and transportation.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.

Ines Tomasi    

 

Ines Tomasi, Partner, graduated in Economics at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca (2004), and received further education in IT law at Università Luiss, and in Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi.
She has assisted several Clients in antitrust proceedings, in banking, telecommunications and energy. She has estimated damages in several civil litigations, particularly in telecommunications, hotels, broadcasting and insurance.
Her research interests concern mainly telecommunications and transportation.
She speaks Italian, English and French.

Michele Puccio  

 

Michele Puccio, Senior Associate, graduated in Economics at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca (2005), and received further education in Corporate Valuation at SDA Bocconi. He is an Italian Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
He has provided economic advisory services in various industrial and services sectors, such as telecommunications, consumer goods, fashion and energy. He has assisted several Clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings, particularly estimating contractual and extra-contractual damages.
He speaks Italian and English.
